Bank Transfer — How Long Does It Take?

If you’re buying crypto through Aurea Hub using a bank transfer, please note that the payment is processed by our external partner Transak. This means the timing depends on your bank, your country, and Transak’s processing system.

Here’s what you can expect:

🕒Estimated Processing Times (Once You Initiate the Transfer)

• SEPA (Europe): 1–3 business days

• UK (Faster Payments): usually within a few hours

• SWIFT (International): 3–5 business days

Transfers made on weekends or public holidays may take longer, depending on your bank.

📌Important: Follow Transak’s Instructions Carefully

Before making your transfer, Transak will give you a unique reference code.
Make sure to include it exactly as shown in the payment description — without it, your transaction might be delayed or not recognized.

❓My payment hasn’t been processed yet — what should I do?

1. Double-check that:

   • You used the correct recipient details provided by Transak

   • You included the reference code in your transfer

2. Contact Transak’s support using the link in your order confirmation email
