🔍 When Are Refunds Possible?

Refunds may be issued in cases like:

  • Failed or canceled transactions

  • Incorrect payment details entered

  • Regulatory issues preventing the completion of the order

Refund eligibility is assessed by Transak’s compliance and support teams according to their refund policy.

📝 How to Request a Refund

  1. Open your order confirmation email from Transak

  2. Click on View Order to check the transaction status

  3. If needed, contact Transak’s support team via the help link

  4. Provide the following details:

    • Your Order ID

    • Reason for the refund request

    • Any additional documentation if asked

📌 Important Notes

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used

  • Refund times vary depending on your bank or card issuer

  • Aurea Hub does not handle refunds directly — everything is managed by Transak
