Off-Ramp: How Can I Find the Transaction Hash After Sending Crypto?

When you sell crypto (off-ramp) through Aurea Hub, powered by Transak, you might need to check your transaction hash (TXID).
Here’s how to find it 👇

🔍 What Is a Transaction Hash (TXID)?

A transaction hash (or TXID) is a unique code that identifies your crypto transaction on the blockchain.
It helps track and confirm that your crypto was sent successfully.

🛠️ How to Find Your TXID (Step-by-Step)

  1. Open the wallet or exchange you used to send the crypto.

  2. Go to your transaction history or sent transactions section.

  3. Find the transaction you made to Transak’s address.

  4. Look for the transaction ID, hash, or TXID — it’s a long string of letters and numbers.

  5. Copy the TXID — you might need it if you contact support.

You can also paste the TXID into a blockchain explorer (like Etherscan for Ethereum) to see the transaction status in real time.

📌 Important Notes

  • Always double-check that you sent the crypto to the correct wallet address provided by Transak.

  • The TXID is proof of your transaction — keep it safe!
