How Can I Cancel My Existing Order?

Once you place a crypto purchase order through Aurea Hub (powered by Transak), it is processed quickly — but in some cases, you might still be able to cancel it.

🛑 Can I Cancel My Order?

  • If your payment hasn’t been completed yet:
    Yes, you can cancel it directly on Transak’s order page.

  • If your payment has been completed and the order is processing:
    🚫 No, cancellation is no longer possible once the transaction is confirmed.

🎥 How to Cancel (Step-by-Step)

  1. Open the order confirmation email from Transak

  2. Click on View Order

  3. If the order is still pending, select Cancel Order

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm

  • Cancellation is only available if the payment is not confirmed yet.

  • If the payment has been processed by your bank, cancellation or refund may not be possible.
