When you sell crypto through Aurea Hub (via our partner Transak), your bank account details are essential for receiving your funds.
But what if you need to change them?

🔁 Can I Update My Bank Account Details?

  • Before sending the crypto:
    Yes, you can update your bank account details during the setup process on Transak’s platform.

  • After sending the crypto:
    🚫 No, once the crypto has been sent and the transaction is in process, the bank account details cannot be changed.

📝 How to Change Your Bank Details (Before Transaction)

  1. Start a new Sell Crypto transaction in the Aurea Hub app

  2. When redirected to Transak’s checkout page, enter the updated bank account information

  3. Double-check the details before confirming — the funds will only be sent to the account you submit here!

📌 Important Notes

  • Always make sure the bank account is in your name — third-party accounts are not accepted.

  • Incorrect bank details could cause delays or failed transactions.
