If you’re having trouble completing this step, here’s how to quickly resolve the most common issues.
☑️ Use the Correct Format
To make sure the system recognizes your number:
Use the correct number format for your country
Include the international prefix (e.g., +39 for Italy)
Select your country from the dropdown menu in the app
📱 Number Requirements
The number must be a mobile phone (landlines are not supported)
It must be active and reachable
A phone number can be linked to one Aurea account only
🧾 Didn’t Receive the Code?
If the verification code doesn’t arrive:
📶 Check your mobile signal
📵 Make sure your carrier isn't blocking SMS from shortcodes
🗂️ Ensure your phone’s SMS inbox isn’t full
🔢 Double-check that you entered the correct number
⌛ Code Expired?
Verification codes are time-sensitive.
If yours expires:
Tap “Send New Code” to request another
Enter it as soon as you receive it
🔁 Already Registered Number?
If your number is flagged as already in use:
Try logging in using your existing credentials
Use the “Forgot Password” option
