
Once you place a crypto purchase order through Aurea Hub (powered by Transak), it is processed quickly — but in some cases, you might still be able to cancel it.
Here’s what you need to know 👇
🛑 Can I Cancel My Order?
- If your payment hasn’t been completed yet: ✅ Yes, you can cancel it directly on Transak’s order page.
- If your payment has been completed and the order is processing: 🚫 No, cancellation is no longer possible once the transaction is confirmed.
🎥 How to Cancel (Step-by-Step)
- Open the order confirmation email from Transak
- Click on View Order
- If the order is still pending, select Cancel Order
- Follow the prompts to confirm

📌 Important Notes
- Cancellation is only available if the payment is not confirmed yet.
- If the payment has been processed by your bank, cancellation or refund may not be possible.
