When you sell crypto (off-ramp) through Aurea Hub, powered by Transak, you might need to check your transaction hash (TXID). Here’s how to find it 👇
🔍 What Is a Transaction Hash (TXID)?
A transaction hash (or TXID) is a unique code that identifies your crypto transaction on the blockchain. It helps track and confirm that your crypto was sent successfully.
🛠️ How to Find Your TXID (Step-by-Step)
- Open the wallet or exchange you used to send the crypto.
- Go to your transaction history or sent transactions section.
- Find the transaction you made to Transak’s address.
- Look for the transaction ID, hash, or TXID — it’s a long string of letters and numbers.
- Copy the TXID — you might need it if you contact support.
You can also paste the TXID into a blockchain explorer (like Etherscan for Ethereum) to see the transaction status in real time.
📌 Important Notes
- Always double-check that you sent the crypto to the correct wallet address provided by Transak.
- The TXID is proof of your transaction — keep it safe!
